1969 d penny tinny holes?

    This penny has tiny holes that look like a bullet hole and ripps threw the copper on both sides. Any ideas?

    Thats a 1996 D Cent not a 1969

    It's a copper plated cent that the copper was damaged post mint. Not a mint error.

    People.. please check your titles before creating your threads.

    but more like a pick you get in those small 4 sets of hook and pick sets that are needle sized.
