    With a name like Honesty2015, why would you hesitate :) Actually, at that price you couldn't get hurt unless these would wreck your coins. Let's see what others say.

    Are these available from a U.S. address? Be a whole lot safer and quicker if the price were similar. These are coming from China.

    Yah they are cheap enough but my concern would be for the coins.

    Coming from China, there's no way of knowing what chemicals are in them or what residues they may have on them. If it were me, i'd avoid them

    There’s plenty of reliable coin storage products without risking those.

    I use them a lot. It takes about a month to get them . 1917 HR Peace $ A-horz.jpg Moose Hobo 1-horz.jpg HB1-tile.jpg

    No not really, just don't order them near Christmas. The boat takes longer to get here.

    I imagine the plastic is rather low-grade and the shells are brittle. I prefer the PCGS-shaped ones from Amos Hobby in Ohio. They cost a little more, but I'd rather not buy Chinese crap. Also, recent action regarding the Universal Postal Union may mean that China will no longer be able to dump shipments into the USPS for a small fraction of the actual cost, which would result in a big increase in the cost of those holders.

    @messydesk
    I've used both. As a matter of fact I find them both to be of the same quality.
    Do you know where the Amos ones are manufactured ?
    PS I would rather buy ones made in the USA.

    They're locally made (meaning near Sidney, OH), but I can't remember the manufacturer. I have a case of them that I can look at later and find out.

    @messydesk
    Thanks, I just wish they made them with a white insert.
    Don't worry about checking the box, but Thanks any how.

    Yeah, either black, like the old ones they made were, or white. The green insert was not the best choice.

    I see that @dwhiz has covered one of my major concerns. These are coming on a slow boat from China—pun intended—so one might expect these to arrive completely destroyed after having been in transit so long.

    I often collected Japanese music CDs, but was willing to pay more for them from importers here who took the gamble on them making it here unscathed. The ones I bought from well-known sellers overseas sometimes arrived crushed, and there was no insurance on them.

    They have always arrived in perfect condition, never a problem (yet)
