Hello friends, time flies when you're having fun! Please PM me your name and address if you would like to participate in this year's Secret Saturnalia gift exchange. The rules are simple: if you would like to participate, PM me your name and address, and after I have a number of people signed up, I will PM you the name and address of the person you will send a gift to. Pairings will be random and anonymous - you can choose to reveal yourself to the person you send a gift to, or not - that's up to you. There are no restrictions as to the cost of the gift - whatever you feel is appropriate - but we do limit ourselves to ancient and medieval coins in this exchange. There are other Secret Santa exchanges on this forum for modern coins. Cutoff date for joining is Dec. 1. So without further ado, let's get naked and partay!
Last weekend ANoob & I went to a small coin show & I purchased a gift anticipating Secret Saturnalia 2018. Let me be the first to thank JA for putting this together.
Great, I've got 16 messages so far. I'll wait until the end of the weekend and on Monday morning I'll PM y'all the first batch of assignments.
This is a good reminder that I must be nearing my CT anniversary. Excited to get to participate this time!
I can't believe you haven't been here a year! You seem like one of the old gang already . I'm so glad you found CoinTalk.
Are overseas participants allowed? I myself have no problem with shipping anywhere, but don't want anybody to be stuck with the way too high shipping costs to the Netherlands. If so, PM incoming!
Yes, overseas is fine. If anyone does not want to mail overseas, just let me know and I will assign you someone in your country.
I haven’t been posting in the Ancients lately, but I’m always lurking. This is just the little nudge I need, last year was so much fun!
This year I've got a special treat for my Secret Saturn! Let's just say, it'll be a very sunny Saturnalia!
I think it's super awesome that you guys do this. I don't think I would have anything worthwhile to give anyone right now. My son has all the good stuff haha.
