You have an improper alloy cent (was either not mixed properly or does not have the proper proportion or metals) , and also has both laminations and retained laminations. The laminations could be caused either by the improper mixing or from impurities in the mix. 1941 cents in particular are known for this type of error (improper alloy). This also caused streaking that gives it that wood-like pattern, a.k.a. "woodies." Nice find. Here is a 1941 "brass" cent (improper alloy) from my collection.
