My grand daughter turned 4 years old today. She loves this Russian(?) produced cartoon called "Masha And The Bear" So my wife ordered tons of Masha decorations. I can't help but wonder what this banner says. I'd like to think Happy Birthday.
Any Cyrillic readers out there. It is a funny cartoon, by the way.
    Thanks

A friend of mine speaks Russian and I sent this picture over to him. He says it says "Masha's Tales. Do a Circus" lol.

I speak Russian- Your first banner says "Living sweet (reference to Masha's love for candy) is a science." Second banner says "Oh, Hello! Let's make a circus."

Also, the tops of both banners say Masha's Tales/Fairytales as furryfrog correctly notes.
