2001 Buffalo Mintages

    According to Redbook:

    D= 227,131
    P= 272,869

    I assume P mint was proof and the D was unc.

    I have a coin book that lists the UNC as 197,000. The proof is the same as the redbook though.

    Possibly the Redbook is including the coins in the Coin & Currency sets that were sold in their figure, while your book is not. Not sure.
