    I don't think there is such a thing.
    They would have to ship already coined D coins to Philly and then, mint them again. Unless some D nickel fell out of someone's pocket. If they are even allowed to bring coins into that area. And then, it wouldn't line up exactly with the P dies if the coin was already minted once. It's a very high speed automated process.

    Go to variety vista .com or doubled die .com. One of these has listings and pics of RPM and OMM (repunched and over mint marks)

    Your coin does not look like an OMM
