I don't think there is such a thing. They would have to ship already coined D coins to Philly and then, mint them again. Unless some D nickel fell out of someone's pocket. If they are even allowed to bring coins into that area. And then, it wouldn't line up exactly with the P dies if the coin was already minted once. It's a very high speed automated process.
