    Unless I am mistaken, NGC graded it (correctly) as cleaned. It was then sent to PCGS.

    Seems like NGC is getting much more conservative lately.

    old cleaning, yes. I do think it's retoned enough to be market acceptable. The ANACS holder just added some nice color. Can't wait to see the TVs
