got this 1982 with lots of problems

I can see the Monticello in front of Jefferson can anyone else? the bottom lip of the Monticello is on the r of trust and the top of Monticello is by the og of god

 

This has what is called the "Orange Peel" effect. This is the result of a seriously deteriorated die but is not an error. The sunken areas are also the same, die deterioration.

 

A common occurrance -

It was struck from worn or overused dies
