Why don't you let me know your Ebay ID and I'll block you instead. When it comes to selling it sounds like you have a hostile attitude towards your customers. They are not out to get you!! They are the folks that keep you in business!!!

Yep, my record of 4870 positive and zero negatives sure shows I'm a hostile seller with no regard for my customers. Sorry, but I expect some communication from my buyers if there is a problem. If a buyer can't handle that, then they should look for another seller. There are lots of sellers that will take these buyers. These sellers usually have feedback around 98% - which in reality means they probably have 10% unhappy customers.

FYI, my eBay ID is the same as my forum ID.

Why is there even a "Neutral" feedback choice ?
In my opinion, either a transaction goes well, or it doesn't.
Does a neutral affect ones feedback percentage ?
    If so, WHY ?
It is NEUTRAL, for crying out loud.

    BTW...

Good job in making things right, Jack.
I'll have to add you to my favorite sellers list.
    ;)
