Anyone know if this alignment error is something that adds any value, or if it is too minor? Thanks in advance!
Misaligned Die Strike does not add any value to a coin. It is a common Error. In fact Minor/Common Errors such as this will detract from the value of a desirable coin such as a FEC. IMO.
Depends.. Maybe not for Smaller denominations. But for larger Denominations such as Kennedy Halves and up they may have a premium. Here is a nice Ike example from my collection -

Yes They "May" have a premium, (I am glad that you included that word into your opinion.) But only to those who "Desire" such a coin. It is "Desire to have" that increases the value of a coin, not rarity or other attributes. It has nothing to do with the denomination. IMO.
