From New Zealand to Bahamas. Why? Just because it is Bahama Mule with obverse from Bahamas and reverse from New Zealand
willieboyd2. Info for any here who don't already know this. Tibet 5 Shokang 1947 - 1949, coin. Authorised by the Dalai Lama while in exile. Refer to 'Unusual World Coins', 5th edition, KP Books, 2007.
Interesting! Thanks! Is there an example of this coin somewhere? I went back about three screens but couldn't seem to find any Tibets.
Hi, DEA. Thanks for your note. Not difficult to reach - use the wonders of internet, via Google. I wrote "Tibet 5 Shokang 1947 - 1949 - Coin" (best to add "Coin"!). You get various headings for info, and also one or two for images. If you want general info on Tibetan coins, simply Google "Tibetan Coins".- That'll be 5 Shokang, thanks !!!
Hungary, 1892. This was in a batch of "islamic coins" that arrived today. Paid less than $10.00 for the lot. Took a quick look at this one and thought I would just drop in the tin box I keep all of my culls in. Checked in KM and decided to give it the honor of life in it's own Saflip.
