Not really.. It's just Post Mint Damage. the Copper plating has an issue that occurred after it left the Mint. I gave you the explanation and a link to a webpage on the other thread you created.
I responded on the other 2 threads you created. It is not a Doubled Die.. It is a plating issue. Only worth 1 Cent
No doubt a plating issue. RPM's were eliminated in 89" because all the MM were placed on the master dies, and no longer hand punched into the working dies. As @paddyman98 said this is a plating issue. The copper coating has blistered due to gasses between the zinc and the copper.

You didn't find a doubled D. You need to do more research it is impossible to have any other explanation than a plating issue. I don't keep them they are crap. Your coin is a spender.
