Any good or no, Canadian nickel?

  1. Found this, I'm new at collecting and seem to get my best advice here. So some of these or rare some are not. Something to do with far or near shoulder. Any help would be appreciated. CM180929-173856004.jpg CM180929-173843002.jpg

Not very valuable but I'd definitely keep it. Congrats on the Buffalo nickel as well.

There are varieties of the 1953 that are very valuable. If you surf around that
site, it will explain what every 1953 variety is and what to look for.
Click on the link to the right of the date on each line, until you figure out which 1953 you have. 99+% of the time it's not the valuable one.
But sometimes it is and I would keep it anyway. I mean, 1953, cool.

  8. I will check into it.
