Interesting Flying Eagle Cents

In your opinion are these possibly Flying Eagle Pattern Cents?

Short answer: No.

The design on the 1854-dated piece was made as a pattern (J-163), but it was large cent sized. The design on your 1857-dated piece was not used for patterns that year. Some pattern cents dated 1857 exist with a flying eagle (J-187), but they used the production dies.

 

Is this from China?
I checked the main website and the posted coin has the same wear in same areas as one from China on a quick search.
