He won't accept any responsibility for anything. He neglected to include the part about not disclosing known alterations/problems with the coins which can affect their value - that IS against Ebay rules. He chooses not to mention such problems, while at the same time, consistently grading the coins higher than the grades they were given when he bought them. He can't have it both ways. He also, apparently doesn't realize how worthless his disclaimers would be in the event that he was subjected to a lawsuit.
It looks to me that the biggest difference in the auctions, is that the first auction had pics that were to good. They show all the flaws. The pics in the current auction hide every thing, On purpose mabey? Whoever wins it is going to be very dissapointed when they see it in person. On a side note, the disscolored spots on the reverse upper field tell me it's the same coin, along with the scratches and marks.
So what does he do? He ghosts Arizona Jack's screen name (Ariz0na Jack) here and acts like a 5-year-old by starting countless threads blasting eBay sellers for failing to disclose ALL coin defects. Loser.
Good old, mature and upstanding Fake Jack. You gotta love him. Wonder if he took the time to really dig into any of these people's auctions? Wonder if he knows enough about coins to actually spot what he's claiming? I wonder what the sellers that he has accused would think of his threads? What's your next trick Fake Jack? Can you hold your breath until you turn blue? If you can please put it on YouTube. That would be so cool!
