No it does not have any Mint Errors It's total Environmental Damage.. The plating was exposed and the Zinc began to rot. This occurred after it left the Mint. Better word for it.. Corrosion!

Once a coin is damaged this badly you are likely to see just about anything, but nothing is really there. It is damaged beyond saving but not an error. But there is a clown on a site called Listia that advertises this type of coin damage as a "forging" error. He is a liar.
I lost track. Had it on my watch list for awhile and nothing happened. I wanted to let the winner, if there was one, know about how badly they got taken.
I just tried checking but he has nearly 200 pages of listings with no way to narrow it down. Way to many to check.
