1945 dime

    The reverse side has no mint mark. What grade is this ?

    You're probably right, so I'll just try to anwer the OP's question now...

    I'd say the grade is fine, maybe low VF. A 1945 winged cap liberty head (AKA "mercury") dime in that grade is worth about two dollars, although that stuff on the obverse might affect value depending on what it is.

    Melt value $1.
    This is a common coin and it's heavily circulated. No premium above melt.
