Thanks @C-B-D. By the price they're asking, I suspect that you're right. I wish the pictures were better, though.

 

Is it already in a holder/slab?

Looks like it might already be in a white slab, or there’s some divots on the reverse at the bottom.

 

I want to watch this one, I think it is a PCI holder Red label. Could be an ANACS. I want to see the Link.

It's definitely tough to tell with scanned images. Does the seller offer a return policy? If so, you can alway's buy it and look at it in hand.

 

I never like doing this with slabbed coins. It seems like a waste of the seller's time and effort.

I like the "unc details" guess. Without a better photo or the coin in hand, it's impossible to tell. Spot traces reverse indicates sumthin's been done to it.
