I found this today a 2010 p quarter with stretching in the E PLURIBUS UNUM I know that these letters are inverted so if you could please help
Looks like ejection/machine doubling. A little vibration in the coining mechanism due to a loose die. Sometimes appears as a doubled die, but is just post mint damage. It is fairly common, and usually no two are alike, unlike true doubled die struck coins. Has no value above face or normal collector value.
