Finally think I found one of the 39 looks good to me title says 38 but it's 39 fixed it

I've mastered cleaning I'll clean it and post again to.trow or lar

 

I am only going off the thing over the "9" in the date. That is the only thing I can see as possibly matching the DD on copper coins.
That being said, I wouldn't recommend cleaning anything. You'd kill all value, if there is any actual value.

Never clean your coins, especially if you think it is a rare one like with this one!!!
