    1950d MS-66 Jefferson--picked it up for $ 24. Not the rarest but I liked the toning. 1950d one new 1.jpg 1950d one new 2.jpg .00.

    IMO. That coin high enough for my taste. Mighty fine addition.

    Gonna have to ask the group on that one. I read the descriptions and looked at pictures. The Reverse of ‘40 should be sharper in the portico and other details.

    But I don’t know how to tell the weak strike from wear, so I am the worst person to ask.

    Is it me or does anyone else see a date below the date above the denticals ? Sweet die crack too!

    @Paddy54
    I sure did see the crack and I see what appears to be a date to the left below the date above the denticals

    Thanks
    Here are some new images.
    Also the reverse appears to be the Reverse Hub IIa is almost identical to Reverse Hub I, except the rays have been removed from the die. The star below the F has a broken point at 10: 00.

    Hi Paddy . . . I'm not seeing evidence of an erroneous punching of the date in the denticles.

    Mike not in but above between the digits and the denticales look at the first 8 at 5k on its bottom loop. The 1 below the foot right under the upright ,theres something under the 6 also.
