    I'm seeing some corrosion also on the specimen, pcgs in my eyes get more wrong than right.... ;)

    If someone buys it and resubmits it under their grade guarantee they will. If the original submitter send it back in they will just reholder with a corrected label. So it is to the sellers advantage to "move it on down the line" and get the higher value for it and let PCGS compensate some later person.
