    Yes. It's a wide am. The right year. Like the 93, 98, or 2000. Wam is what to look for

    This one is a 1995 s proof penny graded by PCGS but the slab does not indicate that it is small or wide

    You are close here. The WAM years for business strikes are 1998-2000 on coins minted in Philly. For Proof coins you are looking for CAMs for the same years I believe as proofs are supposed to be WAMs.
