It looks more like WWP to me. I personally think these are worth less than an original piece, but many people go crazy for them. They don't do it for me, but some collectors specialize in them (such as the aforementioned illustrious Lord M). The premium is based on the intricacy and artistry of the engraving - for example, this piece shows a basic monogram with no embellishment. Thus, it would be worth less than something with more designs. It is similar to Hobo Nickels in this account - the quality of the engraving determines the value of the piece.
Just to clarify, everyone... the actual mintmark for this coin ABSOLUTELY IS identifiable based on the obverse.
I have a seat dime that is just about worned smooth and yes with little details one can attribute it.
