It may be. But I can’t figure out how the Mint could stop it, provided they wanted to, other than sharply increase the mintage.

You guys really think there is gonna be a big demand for this coin? I can see a certain select group wanting in but the average 'slob' collector ain't gonna want or need one.

Ken, I had absolutely no desire for one even though it appears to be a handsome coin. I did buy a nice coin today — composed of good old silver.

And last night, I stayed at Holiday Inn.

As far as my cable listings will go — a week — I don’t see any planned editions of Coin Collector on HSN. So they’ll have time to send them off for 70 slabs.

My guess of what Mezack will try to sell them for? I’ll take $2,995 (with the red oak presentation box, of course).

Oh, that 'red oak box' is worth at least a 'grand'..........

I have no interest whatsoever in palladium though I will admit it is a nicely designed coin.

It should be a nice design, both sides are by A. A. Weinman. We still have to go back to the early 20th century to find good coin designs.

I’ve yet to see anyone say their keeping the one they got.
