This is a fairly common Vespasian denarius, RIC II 546. The obverse is well centered with good detail and a good portrait, while the reverse is moderately well centered with slightly less detail.

The surfaces are rough and might have been overly (harshly) cleaned; they also appear to be a bit porous and possibly somewhat tooled (re-engraved) on the reverse to bring out the details in the seated figure and seat.

My personal evaluation of this coin's condition is "about VF."

Here's an example of the same type that sold at an e-auction in June 2017 for about $55:

This coin's surface is better, the centering is slightly worse, and the obverse portrait is at least equal to the coin that you post above.

Personally, I would not purchase the coin that you post (above) due to the poor condition of the surface. If it is indeed porous -- which I can't know from just a picture -- the coin could be fragile and prone to breakage.

It's highly, highly unlikely that your coin was never cleaned. Essentially, 100% of ancient coins have been cleaned. They simply don't come out of the ground in that condition.

Unless you, personally, found it in the ground in that condition, you can't be sure it wasn't cleaned. And it doesn't matter. What matters is its current condition and whether it appeals to you.

It's not a bad looking coin, albeit common. I would like to find something like this someday.

Wow, @manry I would love to find something like that. Welcome to CT...by the way, your English is fine...where are you?

I think this is correct. The OP coin would retail close to those prices, at auction perhaps less.
