I noticed the Elvis token shows him playing the guitar left handed. I checked online and there it says he was right handed and played guitar right handed. So what gives?
I can buy them as cheap as 20 baht (about 60 cents US), most times a bit more. Many have images of monks rather than a Buddha image and come from individual wats, or temples. Material can be ceramic, copper or brass/bronze. Might as well post a few more.

Found this in a grab bag of world coins yesterday. I was only able to find one site indicating what this was. The source briefly mentions this was a tavern coin made between 1922 and 1944 in collaboration between the India government and Freemasons. It was worth 1/16th Anna, and its purpose was to be given out to beggars. https://www.coins-auctioned.com/auctions/two-small-freemasons-indian-coins-1922-44-j-377-9237
I don't collect tokens but they often pop up in bulk purchases, more often modern tat but every now & then something interesting arrives. 2 that I have kept - EUGEN SANDOW - cocoa company token - circa 1913-14 A very interesting man who is considered as " the father of modern Body Building " Being from Nottingham, England this next token was not going anywhere so it is my only item from my local area - Queen of Great Brit 1862, nice rendition of Victoria.
