    Hi All

This was in my world coin box and I'm not totally sure what it is. A friend said it might be a decoration off of a belly dancer garb maybe? Its about US Dime size.

The second picture has "5" in the middle "五"
I can't tell what the first picture says

EDIT: It's not Thai. It's either Japanese or Chinese IMO

I cant even get a better pic - its really slick. Interesting that it may be from China or Japan, as I had coins from both in the box (the box was coins my grandparents brought back from various travels in the 50s-70s)

Holding this at an angle so maybe the imagery on the back is easier to read? IMG_8834.JPG

Not that I can read it fully but in the second image you have it upside down. The right way up I think I see the characters for 3 and 9 in the top row, but I don't know what the other two say. The reverse is definitely a 5.

Thank you - So by comparing with google, that would make this Chinese correct?

Yes - looks more Chinese than Japanese to me.
