1937 S wheat penny

    I don't know if this means anything but I noticed that the S underneath 1937 is sideways any information would be greatly appreciated IMG_20180823_095454.jpg

    Probably just took a good hit there. Bronze is easy to move around.

    Based on your photo I would have to say your coin has took a hit at somepoint Not A Mint Error. JMO

    Yes I would agree with the 2 previous. Cents get rather unusual looking sometimes, especially the coppers.

    I'm frankly amazed we're not being asked about the tiny "973" sideways at the top of the big "9". I swear to gawd that SOME of that HAS TO BE the jpeg compression code guys putting that stuff in there intentionally just to mess with us.

    I'd never see that to begin with anyway. There's 973 sideways at the top of the 9? Thought it was 018 myself.
