1911 and 1919 wheat cent

    Is the 1919 corroded?

    I don't know that I'd call either corrosion. Corrosion is a deformation of the metal, and the metal on those appears intact. They're spotty from circulation and exposure to the environment. It happens to the best of them.

    I would say just worn down, not corroded. If it was corroded, it would usually appear green-ish.
