What are your thoughts on the mint marks the s looks lower and the d has a strange image to the left & the 44 has a

 

Dude, there is no 1964 cent in your pics. Seriously?

 

The 44 has 2 weird marks on it near the date.

But if you look at the bottom of the bust there is also a mark of the same exact color there as the 2 other's near the date. So just some damage I would assume. Also, the brighter color would make be believe those marks are more recent than anything else.
