Do old elongateds carry a premium? I guess it makes sense, but I never really thought about it. Is there information about them somewhere?
Depends on the particular elongated, what the even was, was it a popular event, are there a lot known from the event, are their multiple designs from the event, the condition of the elongated, and sometimes what coin was used. But in general old elongateds are worth more than modern ones.
