It looks like it may have had a couple of spots removed, but I like it a lot better than 64 Larry, and think it would grade 66 if it isn't already graded.
NGC graded it 15 or 20 years ago. I didn't line the images up very well. Each set was about 5 years apart.
I would guess they graded it 66, but with the toning spots I wouldn't want it at 64 money for me personally.
I like the reverse at MS65 and the obverse at MS63. If this was graded a long time ago, I'm thinking there is less of a chance for a toning bump and will say it is graded MS64.
I don't know if this coin would grade the same today. Not really important. I paid 3X the value at a charity auction at that time. It was a good feeling being able to help.
