1998 Canada 10c broadstruck ?

That last picture looks finned. The others look slightly off centered. That's my 2c.

It is not Broadstruck because you see the reeding. Probably a High Pressure strike on that one side which cause a raised rim.. Finning as stated.

I'm about 99% sure, it's a stiff collar strike .
Here's one I own .

 

Don't buy into the hype!!! You can successfully straddle BOTH worlds!!

 

Pretty much off the reservation with that strike
