1999 penny is this doubling on the ear?

It’s raher difficult to tell anything as the images just arent close enough. Can you get a closer shot? Or compare it to Wexler’s listing on doubleddie.con

The 1999 doubled ear is a bit different. It’s actually to the bottom right of the normal ear.
