1971 S LMC. Is this Consider RPM

I try to remember that I have seen this one time but i do not record where? Look it up JWX, CC, VV can not find it. Anyone Can helps to find out much appreciated

It appears to be a well placed die chip.From what I gathered from the photo.
Not an rpm. Still a neat find!!

That's a die chip. The date exhibits Machine Doubling.

Welcome! varietyvista.com lists some of the 71 rpm's if you haven't checked there already just to be sure. Although I think most were in proof sets. Certainly looks like a well-placed die chip to me as well. Great pics!!!!
