    23mm.

    Obverse ANTOC
    Could this be Gordian III?

    Caria. Antiocheia ad Maeander . Pseudo-autonomous issue Circa AD 238-268. Bronze IEΡA CYNKΛHTOC, draped bust of the Senate right / ANTIOXEΩN, Tyche standing left.

    Pseudo-autonomous issues lack an Imperial portrait but are part of what we term Provincials.
