I think using the '21 Morgan scale this one scored MS63 and the VAM, yeah you know I had it in like 2 seconds....;)

With the heavy gouge on her nose, I am at 63 tops, No clue on the VAM. The die file lines look pretty awesome though!

    After reading vam 302 .
I see it has the Goldfish clash which makes it 303 ...

    What did I win Johnny

With that gash on the nose/cheek area I just can't go above MS-62 on this one.

Not going to guess the VAM because Rick Stachowski has it already. ;)

I LOVE IT!!!!!! I'd be at MS-63 on it. Those die polish lines are insane. I want it. :)

The "Goldfish" is a cool variety that's typically found in MS63-64. This one I'll say 63, tops, due to the hack on the nose. I've always liked this variety.

Are there any other die pairings in the Morgan series where debris caused damage to both dies?

The 1903-O VAM 4A has similar marks. There's a lump on the obverse in front of Liberty's neck and on the reverse between the top wing edge and the 'n' of 'In'.

When I finally bring myself to get over the cost of an MS example of '03-O this will be the VAM on my radar. Thank you..:)

It's not a rare variety, so if you're filling an 03-O hole in your date set, you may as well look for one. Here's a picture of mine (PCGS 64+).
