1989 D LMC Bonding error or class project? Cupped?

    Ok this one is missing the copper coating on both sides and cupped with no visible damage to either side.(besides a small corrosion hole above the ear on the obverse) The edge of the coin is interesting as well with no visible damage! Weighing 2.4g.     A combination of chemical and mechanical damage. The plating was chemically stripped and the coin was apparently circumferentially compressed in the horizontal plane, producing an edge like a bicycle tire rim and a convex/concave cross-sectional profile.
