Just kiddin... Why is location so relevant since he's got perfect feedback and you can get your money back in case something goes wrong?
I don't know about Hong Kong sellers on eBay, but Chinese sellers are notorious for finding ways to leave themselves positive feedback on Amazon, and in meaningful numbers.
OMG, what a belly laugh I just had, made my day. At my age I don't even have to worry about that. LOL.
There are a handful of reputable HK and China based coin dealers selling on ebay, this is one of them.
Thanks for the feedback. I was following a coin they were selling and I did notice what appeared to be shill bidding.
You will often see what looks like shill bidding when the sellers are based in certain countries. In the case of China, it's mostly due to lack of local availability. Keep in mind that during the cultural revolution many Chinese coins from the empire and provinces were destroyed. A lot of surviving examples are outside of the country and often not available to buyers in China due to a variety of reasons. When you have a local seller there is a lot of interest, which includes new and rarely used ebay accounts.
