I'd give the reverse a 40 but the obverse a 30/35. And as I understand it, at this time the obverse rules so 35.
Agree the reverse is better. Perhaps an old cleaning? Obverse looks a little flat/dull. 35 reverse 25 obverse. Seconds behind you.
Definitely a VF 20, reverse better, say 30 — but this happens a lot with busties. From what I’ve seen of the major slabbers, obverse condition seems to strongly influence final grade. BTW, it looks like O-113, R3 (per Overton). V. nice Coin!
I think the obverse looks like a 25 and the reverse looks like a 30/35. I think it's had an old cleaning. If I was sending it in and assuming the cleaning wasn't bad enough for a details grade, I'd be happy with a 25, selling it the day I got it if it was a 30.
