Does this coin have any value being that it is all silver?

Just curious, if the value of the quarter is about $2.75 where could a person sell the coin? a website you would have to pay for shipping, a pawn shop would give someone maby 50 cents etc. I guess if someone had a hundred of them it would be different. I collect alot of different coins in various quantities; I do have a few 90 percent Kennedy half dollars I'd like to get rid of but not the best way, any thoughts

I buy/sell at a local flea market near me. If someone brought this coin to me I would pay them $2.50 for it. Or 10 X the face value. More for silver dollars and better date coins.

If you could figure out if it was the 1964-D Reverse C, then it has value over silver, otherwise, no.
