Someone who has evacuated his/her faculty's and need to be restrained in an enclosed environment........preferably, with bars.

 

If the 1964-D Peace dollar, 1933 double eagle, 1974 aluminum cent are
illegal coins, then so is this.
This looks like the same coin that last sold for 3.1 M. 5M seems high.
Guess they just want free publicity (word of mouth etc.) and I wouldn't be surprised if this was in an upcoming auction.

Wow... Now that one appears to be in legit PCGS plastic. Bet the Ebay seller is banking in this one stirring up some notoriety.

 

I'm surprised he didn't list it on Etsy, Craigslist, Let Go or Offer Up...or whatever they're called.
