I see coins from Britain, Canada, Mexico, and the US. There's also a cool coin from the Philippines that was minted while the country was still a US territory. It should say "United States of America" on it but it isn't visible in the picture. Some of those Canadian coins are also pretty old.
I think those coins and tokens, though not particularly rare or valuable, could be the start of a nice collection.
