Well, whatever they choose, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Joisey, and Georgia need to get to it. The new year is coming fast.

Well, they do have the copyright (currently) until 2023 from what I understand. So maybe not the mouse. But Theme Parks would still be able to be represented.

 

I think California seriously needs to consider Jobs and Woz. Washington can forget Gates, unless the innovation is legalized larceny.

Does anyone know the rules here? Does the inventor have to be born in a state for the state to use it? Does his/her invention have to be created in said state? What about, for example, Ben Franklin? A couple states could take credit for him or none at all. What are the rules?
