You'll discover that on e-bay and the Internet, shipping will kill you for this unless you buy the set all at once. I would say from $16 - $24 in your hand.
That wouldn't be too unreasonable price- but better check the shipping cost and make sure it is reasonable. That's how a lot of eBay sellers get people with things like this.
