You should have stated for coin collectors only. This does not apply to coin dealers, ebay, coin stores, coin anything except collecting. Now come up with the same thing for dealers.

Thou shalt not cheat new collectors? Hmm - try; Thou shalt not cheat collectors. Most of the ones for collectors should apply to dealers as well. Changeing buy to sell, of course.
