I've shopped around. Not anything that has been promising.

I was doing $4k in halves and $100 in cents a week. I was pulling enough silver from the halves to justify it. The cents were my real passion though. My son was just getting into searching for wheats and stuff too. Hopefully you get some good stuff.
Heck, maybe some other people will get some good scores since I'm no longer searching :p

No financial institution has a counter in my town, so I reroll. I appreciate visiting other areas with counters when I travel.

I spread my dumps between different branches of the same bank. None of the branches has given me a hard time, but it could happen. My dump bank uses a different coin courier than my order bank 90% of the time, so I can mainly avoid searching the same coins over and over again.

I’m really sorry to hear it, ff. I looked forward to your weekly reports.

Maybe in a few months you can restart with less volume?

My ordering setup is solid. Depositing is always a pain with this hobby, so I may need to change up my deposit setup sometime.

I know BBVA basically stopped doing halves boxes period, so that’s a bummer. It all depends on region and staff, whether they can afford the expenses. It’s been an interesting year for sure. I’m a huge fan of cents, too, FF. Had to curb things the last 3 months as lots of projects and financial surprises. You do what you can. Random CRHs come through randomly with silver, but appreciate any surprises. Gives me time to research as well! HH

Machine wrapped dimes have been pretty poor the past few weeks. Found 2 silvers out of 6 boxes (1964-D and 1963). Was able to get $750 in customer wrapped dimes, which produced 5 silvers

Finished a 5 box skunk streak interrupted by a (2) 40%er box, followed by $530 CWR skunk. Intermingled were 19 NIFCs (no proofs) & (1) 1974-D DDO. This is probably my worst streak for halves. My last remaining box this afternoon had a reverse Kennedy ender which gave me hope. I started at the other end of the box and first roll - BAM! A 1934-S Walker! My best roll had 4 silvers. This box had a bit of almost everything:
    (1) 1934-S (worn)
    (1) 1963 Benjamin
    (2) 1964
    (1) 1965
    (3) 1966
    (5) 1967
    (1) 1968-D
    (1) 1969-D
    (1) 2003-P
    (1) 2005-D
    (1) 1973 Obverse Strike Through
    (1) 1989-P Slight Rainbow Tone
Prior to this box, I told the wife I was through with boxes and would dial my CRH back to teller tray coins, CWRs, and coin machine bags. Boxes just weren’t worth the time. NOW, who knows?

1 box of halves offered up about $100 worth of coins marked with pink fingernail polish, plus these goodies:

    Holed ‘64 JFK
    2, 40%ers
1980 gold plated with partial sticker
1980S proof with I don’t know what on the surface
    2005S proof (Cu-Ni)
    Tet offensive stickered
    Shuttle challenger stickered
    2018P (my first 2018)

    I’m very pleased! 41755D24-EC6B-4C19-AC23-A627529AD913.jpeg

The olive colored Loomis rolls have struck again. 19 straight skunk boxes, all olive colored Loomis rolls. Then I go to pick up my order today. 1 of the 4 boxes wasn’t Loomis, it was an NF String & Son. I hadn’t seen a NF String & Son box in almost 6 years. It was definitely a welcome sight. I found 6 Enders including a Franklin and 1964. The box ended up producing 7x90% silvers (2 franklins) and 28x40% silvers. I then went to a Chase bank on the way home. They had 5 cupronickel Ikes and $2 face in halves. The loose halves produced a 1964-D and a 1969-D. 37 total silver halves from $502. Glad this skunk streak is over

Nothing much to report after 7 rolls in.

Made my monthly trip to the neighboring town. One teller texted me saying she had $88 in Ikes - no silver but I need to search for varieties. Another teller had 7 silver halves loose (1962-D, 1964, & 5x 40%ers), and sold me the $40 partial bag off the machine (3x 1964, 11x 40%ers). Another teller sold me a $27.50 partial bag (no silver, but a nice 1987-P). Also bought $460 in Loomis MWRs which I haven’t checked yet. All in all a good road trip!

Damn. That HUE battle was no joke. Because of the historical city. City for most part had to be taken with only small arms. US really messed this battle up. US favoring buildings over bodies. Can you try to wrap your head around that.
