I got a full box of 2018 "P" Jefferson nickels at the bank the other month. I now understand the mondaineness of going through a box like this that other members have spoken about. I'm looking for errors and MS examples with no facial scratches or blemishes. The box is yielding a roll or two of these Reverse IDB's . The first picture is the actual IDB and the other two show you the beginning stages of this break which I have found a bunch of also (not keeping these).
You are a better man than I am for being able to make it through a box like that. I like the die break though.
It’s tough to be quite honest with you. Tough to keep the attention and my eyes are killing me from all the reflection of the light on the surface of the coin and my magnifying glass.
If you have enough to show the progression of the die break, it would make an excellent educational display.
